UsageSR 1000 rock wool sound dampening panels are used for top cladding in metallic construction buildings with heat insulation and demanding sound dampening, sound proofing and acoustics improvement requirements.
OverviewSR 1000 rock wool panel consists of an outer trapezoid steel sheet, Nergal 42.1000 type, 0.6 mm thick*, hot -dip galvanized steel made, with colored coating, and an inner perforated sheet, slightly profiled or flat, 0.6 mm thick*, with a perforation rate >17%.
A rock wool intermediate filling is provided, its thickness being 50, 80 or 100 mm with a 120 kg/m3 density and its fibers being perpendicular to the steel sheet level, as well as glass cloth inserted between the perforated sheet and the rock wool.
