Applications

KSH 50 is used for:
Top and side cladding of buildings in the form of: - single sheets or multi - layered panels consisting of double sheets and insulating material (assembled on site)
- permanent metal form decks. It may also be produced as perforated sheets for sound dampening applications, as well as in curved form for curved roofs or angles with an R=550 mm minimum radius.
Recommended roof slope > 7 %. Please contact us for slopes < 7%.

Material Specifications

Sheet type / grade

Hot - dip galvanized steel FeE280G, 0.5 -T.25 mm thick" (according to DIN, EC 3 -1.3, EN ISO 10142/90 A1/95, EN 10147/91 A1/95).
Tolerances as per EN 10143.
- Pre - painted galvanized steel, coated with Super polyester - Polyester 25 U./E organic coating, according to EN 10169, NFP 34-301.
Other organic coatings are available on request: Plastisol, PVC, PVDF and THD in varying thickness.
- GALFAN, ALUSI, EZ metal coatings.
Other materials:
- INOX (stainless steel)
- Smooth or stucco - form aluminum, colored.
