Applications

Nergal 42.1000 is used for:
- single shhet top and side cladding
- Combination, double sheet and insulation material panels (to be assembled on - site)
- the outer sheet of KONTITHERM 1000 pre-fabricated polyurethane heat insulation panels it may aiso'be produced as perforated sheets for sound dampening applications, as well as in curved form for curved roofs or angles with an R=550 mm minimum radius.
Recommended roof slope > 8%. Please contact us for slopes < 7%


Material Specifications

Sheet type / grade
Hot - dip galvanized steel (EN 10142, 10147), 0.5 - 0.75 mm thick. Tolerances as per EN 10143.
- Pre - painted galvanized steel, coated with Superpolyester - Polyester 25 u/E organic coating, according to EN 10169, NFP34- 301.
Other organic coatings are available on request: Plastisol, PVC, PVDF and THD in varying thickness.
- GALFAN, ALUSI, EZ metal coatings.
Other materials:
- INOX (stainless steel)
- Smooth or stucco - form aluminum, colored.
