Metal Coating
Metal cladding form anti - corrosion protective layers from metal compounds,
increasing the life of the underlying layer (steel).
Specifications
EN 10142/90 A1/95
EN 10147/91 A1/95
Hot -
dip galvanizing (HDG)
Steel sheets are galvanized on both sides in a continuous hot - dip
galvanizing production line, passing through a melted zinc bath.
The weight of the zinc coating follows to EN 10142 and 10147 standards.
GALVALIA (Zn - Fe)
GALVALIA is a protective coat consisting mainly of zinc with an
aproximately 10% ferric content. The produced surface finish is matte green,
with no "flower" effect when applied. It provides excellent color adhesion and
exceptionally high corrosion protection. The protective compound weight can vary
between 100 - 150 gr / m2 (75 um) for both sides.
GALFAN
(Zn - Al)
GALFAN coating consists of 95% Zn + 5% Al, and 1ppm of precious
metals, thus providing twice the protection against corrosion than galvanized
steel (HDG) of equal weight. Protective layer weight: 100 - 275 gr /
m2.
