As aforementioned, KONTITHERM panels are divided in the following categories:
· Polyurethane heat insulation panels, and
· Rock wool heat insulation, soundproofing and fire resistant panels.

Panels belonging to one of the above categories are also distinguished according to their usage, in
· Top cladding (roof) panels, their name distinguished with the R (roof) prefix, and
· Side cladding panels, their name distinguished with the W (wall) prefix
· FRIGO WALL refrigerator heat insulation panels, distinguished with the F prefix.

Rock wool panels are specifically distinguished according to their properties, in:
· Hipertec heat insulation fire resistant panels, their name distinguished with the H prefix
· Sontec sound proofing panels, their name distinguished with the S prefix

Colored hot - dip galvanized steel, coated with Super polyester - Polyester 25 u/E organic coating, to a 0.4 - 0.75 thickness.
Tolerances as per EN 10143. Also made to special order:
· Plastisol, PVC, PVDF and THD organic coating according to EN 10169, NFP 34 - 301.
· INOX (stainless steel)
· Smooth or stucco - form aluminum, also colored.
